Content Guidelines:
Please have permission and/or the proper rights to all content submitted. 
All content should be appropriate for family viewing.

Eligibility Guidelines:
The film’s director(s) must have be no younger than 8 and no older than 18 while filming the project.   The film should have been created within the last 24 months.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: To submit your Film Short you will be required to provide your first and last name; school/company/organization name; email address; and Film URL. The information you provide will be used only for contest administration and to contact contest winners. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any party not affiliated with the Festival and the Contest except to the extent permitted by law.

PRIZES:   The judges will select a winner in three categories based on grade levels (Elementary, Middle School and High School) and one Grand Prize Winner.  The average value of the prize is $250, with the Grand Prize being more. The winning films will be announced at the Red Carpet event on Sunday, May 27, 2019 at the Cameo Cinema, 1340 Main Street, St. Helena, CA 94574
